Getting Ready.....

Nine months seems so long until all the sudden you realize you are probably having a baby in the next week or so! We have been scrambling to get things ready. I thought there would be little to no prep with a second child and then realized a couple weeks ago I had to reassess the situation a bit. The nursery was recently completed and I have snuck in some shopping for some boy clothes and newborn essentials. I will figure the rest out later

Maelin seems to be really excited. She likes to tell us everything she is going to do for the baby....rock him, feed him, change his diaper, teach him to swim (?), and push him (sigh). She also has an opinion on his name, so far her ideas are Bobbie, Sam, and Max. Recently, she thinks Max Bobbie Hood would be best. Don't think she will be winning the name game.
